BLOX is a non-custodial web application that helps a person (the “Launcher”) create a blockchain token through a third-party launch protocol (currently Pump on Solana, or Pons on Robinhood Chain) and, where the protocol supports it, allocate a share of that token’s future creator fees to a Roblox creator the Launcher identifies (the “Recipient”).

BLOX does not create, operate, or control the Pump or Pons protocols, the underlying blockchains, or any decentralized exchange or liquidity pool a token may trade on. BLOX also does not operate, and is not affiliated with, Roblox Corporation.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into binding contracts and to own and transact in digital assets under the laws that apply to you, to use BLOX.

BLOX is not directed at children. Even though Roblox’s own player base includes many minors, a Roblox account holder who has not reached the age described above may not use BLOX to launch a coin, connect a wallet, or claim fees, even if they authenticate with a valid Roblox account. Verifying a Roblox identity through BLOX is not, by itself, an age verification and does not make a minor eligible to use the service.

BLOX never holds your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. Every blockchain transaction — launching a coin, configuring a fee split, or claiming fees — is built by BLOX as an unsigned transaction and must be reviewed and signed by you, in your own wallet, before it is broadcast. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible. BLOX cannot cancel, refund, reverse, or recover it for you.

Nothing on BLOX is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Tokens created through BLOX have no guaranteed value, may be extremely volatile, and may become worthless. Creator-fee income, if any, depends entirely on trading activity on a protocol BLOX does not control and is not guaranteed, predictable, or owed to any Launcher or Recipient by BLOX.

Where a launch protocol supports on-chain fee sharing, the percentage split between the Launcher and a Recipient is chosen by the Launcher and encoded on-chain at launch time. Depending on the protocol’s own rules, that split may become permanently fixed once set (for example, Pump’s fee-sharing configuration can only be finalized once per token). BLOX does not have the ability to override, reverse, or reissue an on-chain fee-sharing configuration after it has been finalized by the relevant protocol.

A Recipient must independently connect a compatible wallet to receive fees. Until they do, BLOX may show an allocation as “pending” without any funds having moved on-chain.

BLOX verifies a Roblox identity through Roblox’s own OAuth sign-in. You agree not to attempt to misrepresent, impersonate, or falsely claim a Roblox identity that is not yours, and not to attempt to induce another person to allocate fees to a Roblox account you do not control.

• Using BLOX for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent misrepresentation of a token.
• Impersonating another person, creator, or organization.
• Interfering with, reverse-engineering, or attacking BLOX’s infrastructure.
• Using BLOX in violation of the law of any jurisdiction that applies to you.

Pump, Pons, Roblox, and any blockchain network referenced by BLOX are operated by third parties under their own terms, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with separately. Experience names, thumbnails, and creator names displayed on BLOX belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.

BLOX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOX and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, or data arising from your use of BLOX, a third-party protocol, or a blockchain network.
